Build the list
Two weeks before the campaign begins, on us. We set the strategy, take a proper look at your event, and find the named people who should be exhibiting at your show or walking its floor. Verified email and LinkedIn for every one.
Every campaign, attendee or exhibitor, runs the same way: two weeks of preparation on us, then personal outreach by name, calls only to the people who engage, and a weekly report of exactly who we are working. Here is the whole method.
Two weeks before the campaign begins, on us. We set the strategy, take a proper look at your event, and find the named people who should be exhibiting at your show or walking its floor. Verified email and LinkedIn for every one.
Personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to every prospect, written around your show. Once someone engages, we call them, qualify them, answer their questions and move things along. Nobody gets a cold call.
Qualified buyers are registered through your own link. Qualified exhibitors are taken through to a signed booth on your floor plan, on the prices and terms you set. You get a weekly report of who and which accounts.
The two numbers that matter are two weeks and eight weeks.
Two weeks of prep, on us. Before your paid time starts we build the target list, set the strategy and write the outreach. None of that is counted against your term. Your clock starts when the first message goes out.
Eight weeks before doors is the attendee window: enough runway to run two outreach waves, chase registrations and send a reminder sequence in the final week so the people who registered actually turn up. Exhibitor campaigns start earlier, roughly three to nine months out, while prospects still have budget to commit.
Weekly reporting on both: sent, replied, qualified, and either registered through your own link or signed on your floor plan. You can check every number yourself because it lands in your system, not ours.
See it applied to each service: attendee acquisition and exhibitor acquisition, or go straight to pricing.
Tell us the show and the dates, and whether you're looking for attendees, exhibitors or both, and we can start building the strategy
